Vanessa thinks this is one of the best ways to learn how to make socks—no tiny needles or skinny sock yarn here.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNot quite immediate gratification, but thicker yarn and bigger needles lets the new sock knitter focus on the principles of sock knitting without things getting too fiddly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn this \u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003etwo-part\u003c\/span\u003e class, students will learn how to make a slipper anklet sock using either worsted or heavy worsted\/aran weight yarn.
